Strategy: Create one test file per component. Test loading/empty/error/data states. Add interaction tests where meaningful.

Acceptance#

• All listed components have a test that renders without crashing
• Key interaction paths are covered (button clicks, state transitions)
• @area annotation: "Components"
• No regression
