Cover:
- Purpose: sprint retrospective dashboard, based on RETRO-PROTOCOL.md
- RetroClient.tsx — 264-line component with sprint week selector, notes textareas
- Three sections: Went Well, Improve, Action Items
- Notes persistence: /api/retro-notes route stores in .sprint-retro-notes/YYYY-Www.json
- Current state: notes textareas are placeholders (save not yet wired), t-3486 tracks this
