Root cause: /api/restarts/actions?action=restart-mc endpoint was added recently (disk, not running build). Old build returns 404 -> JSON parse failure -> TypeError: Failed to fetch

Fix: changed restart-mc to use systemd-run --user --no-block with transient unit (escapes MC cgroup). Rebuild queued (rb-c1968b01).
