Orphan triage: 6 untitled tasks are stuck in inbox with no frontmatter (t-006, t-008, t-020, t-046, t-049, t-055). Either recover them with titles and proper status, or cancel/archive.

Debbie priority audit: Debbie has 14 P1 items in 18 backlog tasks. This devalues P1. Review each and downgrade non-urgent items to P2/medium. True P1s should be limited to ~6 items that block other work or are on the critical path.
