Verification#

Ran preflight.sh for vera: PASS=10, WARN=7, FAIL=0. All 7 warnings are non-blocking (dirty git from cron context, stale run logs from other tasks, no last-reviewed-sha on fresh start). The script exits WARN (code 1) as expected for non-critical issues.

Audit trail#

Everything specified in PLAYBOOK.md §4 is implemented:

• §4.1 Universal checks U1–U8: all automated in preflight.sh
• §4.2 Agent-specific checks (Chris C1–C5, Debbie D1–D5, Kelly K1–K5, Robbie R1–R4, Oscar O1–O5, Vera V1–V5): all automated
• §4.3 Self-check script: preflight.sh supports --agent flag, JSON output, proper exit codes
• §4.4 Integration with task runner: documented in PLAYBOOK.md

No implementation gaps found. The pre-flight checklist is complete and operational.
