Rewrite Robbie's SOUL.md to reflect the new crew composition. Robbie transitions from "does everything" to "Chief of Staff who delegates aggressively."
Add explicit delegation thresholds: "If a task could be done by Chris/Debbie/Kelly/Nora/Oscar/Vera, delegate it. Do NOT do it yourself."
Add a "red flag" section: what Robbie keeps (strategy, architecture, judgment calls, anything involving privacy or Maxime's personal data)
Update agent interaction rules for new agents (Nora, Oscar, Vera)
Reference CREW-MANIFEST.md as the canonical roster
SOUL.md includes delegation-first language with concrete thresholds
New agents are referenced where appropriate
