Kelly's LLM Wiki — Persistent Crew Knowledge Base

Mission: A structured, interlinked knowledge base maintained by Kelly that sits between raw source documents and query-time retrieval. The wiki pre-compiles knowledge about the crew, its architecture, decisions, and operational patterns so every query gets richer context without re-deriving everything from scratch.

Rationale#

Karpathy's LLM wiki pattern addresses a fundamental gap in our current setup:

The problem: Kelly produces documentation but it lives as scattered markdown files. Nobody navigates them easily. There's no cross-referencing, no index, no search, no sense of accumulated knowledge. Queries to Robbie re-derive context from raw files every time.

The solution:

• Kelly owns a wiki — a structured directory of interlinked markdown files with YAML frontmatter
• Ingest workflow — when Kelly finishes a doc pass, she also updates the wiki (new entity pages, cross-references, summary pages)
• Query workflow — when Robbie or Maxime asks a question, we search the wiki first, then the raw docs
• The wiki compounds — every ingest makes the next query faster and richer
